Porchplay and its games are free to play. By playing, you agree to these simple terms.

Play nicely

• Be kind in multiplayer games. Don't use hateful, sexual or bullying names, chat or drawings.
• Don't cheat, spam, or try to break or overload the game servers.
• Some games have their own rules, such as an age check. Follow them.

We may remove names, messages or drawings, or remove a player from a room, to keep games fun for everyone.

As-is

The games are hobby projects offered as they are, without any warranty. They may change, lose progress, be down, or go away at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using them.

Your stuff

Anything you create in a game (like a drawing) stays yours, but you give us permission to show it inside that game while it's being played.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
